Aisha ist Marokkanerin in zweiter Generation, geboren in Düsseldorf, aufgewachsen in Köln. Sie hat in Rabat zwei Jahre Quran-Studien absolviert und unterrichtet heute Tajweed-Kurse online. Sie schreibt über das, was sie täglich Schülerinnen erklärt — nur als Text.
Ihre erste Hifz-Lehrerin sagte ihr mit 14: "Schreib es auf, sonst vergisst du es." Sie hat es ernst genommen.
